Office News

Our office held a contest in 2005 to see if we could beat our best 3rd quarter in the last four years.  It was a close call, but by the end of the day on September 30th, we accomplished it!  The prize for the contest was a weekend at Oglebay Resort and Conference Center in Wheeling, WV, with spouses.  Pictured above is the office staff (from left to right):  Managing Director Mike Collins, Office Manager Ginny Collins, Executive Recruiter Jim Shelton and Project Coordinator Debra Kinzel.  Pictured below is the entire group in the beautiful lobby of the hotel, wearing their new MRINetwork shirts embroidered by ASAP of North Canton (www.logostuffasap.com) to promote the recent branding project of the corporation (left to right):  Mike Collins, Ginny Collins, Jim Shelton, Allison Shelton, John Kinzel and Debra Kinzel.  A great time was had by all!

 

 

Pictured above are (from left to right) Mike Collins, MR-North Canton, Jim Gorian, MR-Hudson, and Gary Gardiner, MR-Chagrin Falls.  Mike and his fellow owners are members of a Project Next Step group, an accountability group formed in 2002 with the help of Managment Recruiters International.  This group meets quarterly to discuss goals, hiring processes, new technology, budgets, and any other subject that affects their business.  This dinner concluded a day-long session reveiwing the 2005 budget/actuals of each office and the 2006 budget/goals.  Holding each other accountable for goals and promises and providing support and knowledge have been the major focuses of this group, with developing close friendships being an added plus.
